Grapevine is a platform where knowledge, news and information are shared. Through our website and application, people are empowered to learn from others and better understand the world.
These terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Grapevine. These Terms govern your use of the products and services we offer. By using Grapevine, you consent to these Terms:
1.  Acceptance and Registration: When you create an account or set up a profile on the Grapevine Platform, you will be required to provide certain information about yourself. You agree to provide us with accurate information when you create your account on Grapevine. We will treat the information you provide as part of registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should take care in maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
2.  Settings: We offer tools to help you manage privacy, messaging, and other content options for your account. You can review and adjust your account settings by visiting the “Settings” section of your account. 
3.  Compliance with Grapevine Policies: When using Grapevine, you agree to follow the established and published Grapevine policies at all times. If you come across something on Grapevine that you believe violates our established and acceptable policies, kindly report it through our “contact Us” option.
4.  Content

• User-Generated Content: You may have the ability to submit or upload content. By doing so, you grant the App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform your content.
• Editorial Control: The App reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that, in its sole discretion, violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5.  Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by or licensed to the App.
• Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks and logos used in connection with the App are the property of their respective owners.
• Privacy: The App’s Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6.  Termination:

The App reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the App for any reason, including violation of these terms.

7.  Disclaimers

• No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” without any warranties.
• Accuracy of Information: The App does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the information on the platform.

8.  Limitation of Liability: The App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
9.  Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
10.  Changes to the Grapevine Platform/Terms: We are always trying to improve your experience on the Grapevine Platform.  We may add, remove or change features without notice to you.

By submitting feedback, you grant us the right, at our discretion, to use, disclose and otherwise exploit the feedback, in whole or part, freely and without compensation to you.
