We'll not engage in deceptive politics

The Member of Parliament for the North Tongu constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has assured Ghanaians that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will not engage in deceptive politics prior to the December elections.

In an interview on Joy Prime's Prime Morning show, he described the New Patriotic Party's manifesto policies as illusory and unlikely to be realised.

He said the policies are a bunch of "deceptive grandiose promises which are pie in the sky and have no semblance to reality."

However, "we're not going to engage in that kind of deceptive politics. We have leaders in President Mahama and Professor Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang."

Mr. Ablakwa stressed that the NDC flagbearer and his running mate are decent, honest, and committed to integrity, ensuring transparency with the people.
