WAFU B: F’Eagles to hold final camp in Ikenne

A source in the team revealed that the camp will last for one week, before their departure to the WAFU B Championship which gets underway on October 17.

Head coach Zubairu also said the new training base will allow the team maximum concentration.

“We need maximum concentration, which we don’t have in Abuja and so we will change camp, where we will train at least for eight days before we move to Togo,” Zubairu said via BSN Sports.

The Flying Eagles defeated Morak FC 6-0 in a friendly played at the FIFA Goal Project Pitch, Abuja on Thursday.

Nigeria will face Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso in Group B at the WAFU tournament.
