Accra, Sept. 23, GNA— Accra Hearts of Oak won their first game of the season, defeating Bechem United 2-0 in match week three of the 2024-25 Ghana Premier League.
Ransford Mensah and Hamza Issah scored in the second half to give the Phobians a comfortable win against the Hunters in a thrilling match at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
Hearts of Oak’s three points take them off the bottom of the table, putting them in 10th place, while Bechem United falls to 12th after failing to win any of their games thus far.
