Pelican Valley woos diasporan investors

Adeyemo revealed that he would showcase the firm’s innovative range of estate products at the event.

He said, “The essence was to encourage more diasporans and the Nigerian government to engage in purpose-driven remittance by way of foreign and non-oil investment, in a bid to help create wealth, job opportunities, bridge the widening housing deficit, while strengthening the nation’s foreign exchange and building solid retirement plans back home for the diasporans.”

The Pelican Valley CEO, who was received by a Canadian Parliamentary aide, Akin Oduntan, and the Chairman of Solteque Incorporation, Canada, Olawale Olaleye, said the Trade Mission, an initiative of Solteque incorporation, would help its firm consolidate on the gains of a similar mission undertaken last December in the United Kingdom.

“I do not doubt in my mind that the Nigerians in Canada will also toe the path of their London counterparts, after receiving the heavy dose of the real estate digest we are bringing to the table. I want to use the occasion to congratulate our audience in advance.”
