Paris 2024: Ghana’s Issah qualifies for F57 Women’s Discuss Throwing finals

Accra, Aug. 30, GNA – Ghanaian Para athlete Zinabu Issah has qualified for the F57 Women’s Discuss Throwing at the ongoing Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

Issah would be joining eleven others for the medal competition at the Women’s F57 Discuss Throwing Finals at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

Issah drew with a distance 24.39metre which earned her a slot to the final stage of the competition.

She needed to compete in this qualification event because she only had two qualifications to attend the Marrakech 2024 and Paris 2024 WPA qualification events.

The 2024 Paralympics started on Wednesday August 28, to Sunday, September 8, 2024.
