NDC's reset means canceling Free SHS and bringing back 'dumsor'

Vice Presidential running mate of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) for election 2024, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh, has stated that the National Democratic Congress' promise to reset the country on the path of progress simply means they'll derail the gains made by the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration.

Dr Opoku Prempeh, also known as Napo, said “The NDC’s reset means canceling the Free Senior High School (SHS) social intervention policy and taking the country back to the gloomy days of 'Dumsor”.

He said the NDC's 2024 manifesto inspires no hope, but rather threatens the progress of the country.

He thus urged Ghanaians to reject the party at the polls.

The NPP running mate indicated that the NDC, and particularly the former President Mahama, would bring back the power crisis popularly known as ‘Dumsor’.
