Mouka partners Lagos Food Bank to help poor

The non-profit organisation, Lagos Food Bank noted that it aims to improve the nutritional intake of pregnant women and their babies, ensuring that even the most vulnerable have access to essential nutrients during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Mouka’s Senior Brand and Innovation Manager, Yemisi Obadina, emphasised that the company places the comfort and health of Nigerians as its top priority.

“This partnership is a testament to our belief that a child’s wellbeing is significantly influenced by quality nutrition and sleep, areas where Mouka can make a difference,” Obadina stated.

Mouka said it donated 50 Dreamtime mattresses with water-resistant, breathable cover features specifically designed for children as part of its contributions to society in 2024.

The company added that it provided business grants to female entrepreneurs in collaboration with Herconomy and partnered with state governments to support the first babies born in public hospitals nationwide with generous donations.
