Mahama and Bawumia

Former President, John Mahama has criticised the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) following its recent media encounter.

He accused the party's flagbearer, Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia of spreading lies and delivering an incoherent speech during the event.

During his tour of the Greater Accra Region, Mr Mahama accused the NPP of harbouring devious intentions, adding that their media engagement was an attempt to divert attention from the NDC’s manifesto launch.

“When you do something with a devious intention, it backfires on you. We announced that we were going to launch our manifesto on the 24th of August.
