KANSIEC Chairman, Sani Malumfashi, highlighted the crucial role traditional leaders play in promoting peace and stability.
Malumfashi urged the Emir to enlighten his subjects on the importance of maintaining peace, decorum, and shunning violence during and after the elections.
“This partnership is vital for the success of the elections. We appreciate the Emir’s commitment to peace and democracy,” he stated.
On his part, the Emir of Rano pledged his full cooperation, promising to mobilize District, village and ward heads, as well as his subjects, to support KANSIEC.
“We will render all necessary support to ensure your success in the election period,” the Emir stated.
