Green Worship concert to raise ₦100m for vulnerable children

Featuring performances by Nathaniel Bassey, AnEndlessOcean, and Nosa, the concert’s ₦100 million target will be distributed among several charities dedicated to supporting indigent children, including the Flora Trust Foundation, Gilead Initiatives, and Bethesda School for the Blind.

Legendary US gospel singer Bob Fitts will join Nigerian icons like Tope Alabi, and Olumide Iyun, as well as IB Quake, Gabriel Eziashi, Judikay, Kunle George, Joe Mettle, and others in performing at the concert.

Other charities to benefit from the ₦100 million fund include Agbedare Jesus Care Foundation, Ibadan; Gold Gate Missions, Adamawa; and Jesus Orphanage, Port Harcourt.

The Chief Responsibility Officer of Worship for Change, Pastor Wale Adenuga, highlighted the urgent need for community support, calling on individuals and corporations to attend the free concert and contribute generously.

“This concert is not just a celebration; it’s a vital campaign to provide essential resources for children in need,” said Adenuga at a recent press conference. “Alongside donations collected at the concert, we are launching a 21 Days of Giving initiative throughout October to amplify our support further.”
