(W/R), Sept. 21, GNA – Ghana National Gas Company has commissioned a renovated Boys’ Dormitory block for the Nkroful Agricultural Senior High School in the Ellembelle District as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The move followed an appeal by management of the school to Corporate Ghana to respond to the dilapidated state of the dormitory block which had not seen renovation since 1962 when the school started as Nyaniba Middle Boarding school.

A Community Relations Manager at the Ghana National Gas Company, Mr Sarfo Hayford at the commissioning, said on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and the Board Chairman that the Ghana National Gas Company would continue to give back to communities within its catchment area as part of their CSR.

He said the Company in 2022 commissioned an ultra-modern one-storey 24-seater toilet facility for the school.

Mr Sarfo Hayford hinted of the Company’s preparedness to impress it upon the CEO and the Board Chairman to construct a-12-unit classroom block for the school.
