AVEVA improves software with new features

The update also introduces advanced process historian and reporting features, enabling users to collect and maximise the value of data from edge devices, multiple plants, and entire enterprise systems.

The company noted that the software was part of its broader operations control portfolio and could be integrated with AI features like predictive quality and energy efficiency.

By connecting to AVEVA’s industrial intelligence platform, it said that businesses could bring together data from different production lines and locations into one centralised system, ensuring scalability without needing to redevelop applications.

The Senior Vice President of Monitoring and Control Business at AVEVA, Doug Warren, stated, “AVEVA InTouch Unlimited provides unprecedented value for our system integration partners.

“This new offer, coupled with our focus on technical enablement through the Heroes HQ forum and bite-sized video-based training content, makes choosing AVEVA HMI/SCADA products easier than ever,” he added.
