ASHON highlighted that the refinery’s operation was expected to create jobs, increase government revenue, and enhance energy security.
It also anticipated that the refinery would positively impact the stock market by attracting foreign investment and boosting investor confidence in Nigeria’s economic prospects.
The organisation also expressed hope that the government and Nigerian citizens would continue to honour and appreciate Dangote’s remarkable contributions, which had helped shield the country from adverse external economic forces and the burden of oil subsidies.
