Alan’s ‘Movement for Change’ takes campaign to Volta Region, engages chiefs and grassroots communities

In a significant political push, Alan John Kyerematen, the leader of the "Movement for Change" and a presidential candidate of the Afafranto Alliance, has taken his campaign to the Volta Region, aiming to connect with the people and outline his vision for a prosperous Ghana.

The campaign, led by the Movement's team leader, Hopeson Adorye, embarked on what they have dubbed the “Caravan Tour,” a strategic outreach designed to cover various constituencies, interact with grassroots communities, and seek their support ahead of the upcoming elections.

The first stop on the tour was Mepe, where the delegation paid a visit to the palace of Manklao Torgbi Korsi Nego where the leader of the group, Hopeson Adorye explained Alan Kyerematen’s Great Transformational Agenda (GTP) in restoring hope to Ghanaians and making Ghana a better place to be.

Hope Adoye said traditional leaders have important roles to play in the development agenda of the country hence the need for a stronger bond with traditional leaders in shaping the future of Ghana’s economy and development agenda.

Emphasizing the critical role that chiefs play in community development and local governance, Adorye noted that Alan Kyerematen intends to build strong partnerships with the chieftaincy institution to ensure that their voices are well-represented at the national level.
