“The Flexxtern programme is a platform for self-discovery and career progression. We have been part of this since 2021, and our experience has been remarkable. Our first Flexxtern is employed full-time with us, and the second performed equally well. This initiative truly empowers young graduates and sets them on the path to achieving their dreams,” he said.
According to Adebanjo, since its inception in 2016, the Flexxtern programme has provided over 200 young Nigerians with work experience through internships at reputable organisations.
He noted that the initiative, which was designed for individuals aged 18 to 30, had become a gateway for launching careers across diverse industries.
He added that with each new season, the programme expanded in scope and impact as more companies joined the mission to empower the next generation of professionals.
